Catch and Cover Crops ON FARM DISCUSSION AND DEMONSTRATION

FRIDAY 1ST OCTOBER 2021 AT FORESTHILL FARM, BOWSCAR, PENRITH, CA11 8RY
FROM 3.00 PM UNTIL 7.00 PM (APPROX).
On site demonstration of the results of cover crop trials in maize by Lancaster University
On site demonstration of panbuster/drill combination (weather permitting)
On site demonstration and discussion regarding drilled catch crops into stubbles
This event is being hosted by the River Petteril Facilitation Fund and Lancaster University with the kind permission of Messrs Bell of Foresthill Farm, Taylor Contracting of Plumpton Old Hall Farm and Mr Robert Harris, Bowscar Hall. Just turn up and leave whenever is convenient as the demonstrations will be running continuously.
We shall be indoors and outdoors so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and we will be adhering to any relevant covid-19 guidance at the time.
